Demeure BSM

DOMOTIC was in charge of all the home automation and audiovisual design of the BSM dwelling. This project, which took place over several years, especially includes the main building with a surface area of over 3000m2.

It was a privilege for our team to collaborate on this luxury residence.

The project includes:

• A set of user-friendly and intuitive Crestron interfaces with built-in and mobile touch screens
• Management of Lutron lighting systems, blinds, and motorized shades
• Custom keypads
• Integration of third-party interfaces (HVAC in BACnet, IP video intercom)
• Complete supervision of audio and video systems in all spaces
• Several TVs mounted into motorized lifts
• A high-end home cinema
