Le Provençal

We had the privilege of contributing to the renaissance of an iconic landmark on the Côte d’Azur: Le Provençal in Juan-les-Pins.

Once one of the French Riviera’s most celebrated palace hotels, this exceptional project led by the Caudwell Group now offers 35 luxury residences alongside world-class amenities – spa, fitness centre, cinema, concierge services.

DOMOTIC was entrusted with the full design and integration of the home automation and audiovisual systems, delivering entirely bespoke solutions:

• Crestron systems deployed across all residences, covering lighting, HVAC and motorised blinds
• Custom interfaces on touchscreens and mobile applications
• Full pre-wiring infrastructure for future audio, video and home cinema expansions
• Centralised supervision of all shared spaces
• Multiroom audio integration with acoustic treatment tailored to each zone

For DOMOTIC, this project goes far beyond a technical achievement. The restoration of Le Provençal demanded an exceptional level of care – preserving the building’s historic character while seamlessly embedding cutting-edge technology within it. What makes this project truly singular is John Caudwell’s forward-thinking vision: bringing the standards of hotel excellence into private residences, underpinned by a fully scalable Crestron ecosystem.

Le Provençal is not simply a place to live. It is an experience where heritage, luxury and innovation converge.

This project was honoured with a Crestron Award in the “Best Home” category, recognising the most prestigious and innovative installations worldwide.
