]]> We had the immense pleasure of working on another exceptional project: the Château de La Croix des Gardes in Cannes.

On this emblematic project, we collaborated with our long-standing partner, VERNASSA Électricité, in charge of the CFO/CFA system for this prestigious project.

Our team was responsible for programming and implementing the @CRESTRON supervision system, including 51 touch screens and tablets controlling all the lighting system, shades, audio/video distribution, home cinema, bowling alley and more.

This Château de La Croix des Gardes, an emblematic site on the French Riviera, offers a dream setting, with its breathtaking view overlooking the Bay of Cannes.

This legendary Florentine-style property is set in 10,000m2 of parkland and comprises 7 buildings and 18 rooms spread over more than 3,800m2.

Thank you to the teams at the Château and to our partner Vernassa Electricité for their trust in this exceptional project. It’s always a privilege to be able to bring our expertise to such prestigious locations.

It was a privilege for our team to collaborate on this luxury residence.

The project includes:

  • A set of user-friendly and intuitive Crestron interfaces with built-in and mobile touch screens
  • Management of Lutron lighting systems, blinds, and motorized shades
  • Custom keypads
  • Integration of third-party interfaces (HVAC in BACnet, IP video intercom)
  • Complete supervision of audio and video systems in all spaces
  • Several TVs mounted into motorized lifts
  • A high-end home cinema

]]> With One Monte Carlo, the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer has created an exceptional project located in the heart of Monaco’s Golden Square.

On 60 000 m², One Monte Carlo offers 7 buildings on 9 levels, including luxury boutiques, exhibitions areas, 37 prestigious residences and offices.

The 37 apartments range from 2 rooms to a 6 roomed triplex with rooftop terrace and private pool, all with stunning views of Place du Casino, gardens, sea, Port and Prince’s Palace.

In addition, there is a conference center divided into 10 spaces in order to welcome multiple events.

On this major project, DOMOTIC had the privilege of being commissioned by its Monegasque partner and was in charge of the audiovisual and home automation technical design as well as the home automation programming of CRESTRON solutions integrated in the apartments and in the various spaces of the conference center.

A beautiful project that uses the latest full IP communications technologies for audio or video, including third-party communications in TCP/IP, Modbus or KNX. All of this is controlled by wall-mounted and wireless touch screens.
