The DOMOTIC team carried out the engineering and supervision of the LUTRON lighting management system, featuring specific scenarios that immerse clients in a luxurious and enchanting atmosphere.

The restaurant offers a cuisine inspired by all the shores of the Mediterranean while the boutique invites you to a sensory experience around chocolate.

These establishments are located in the Corso, the luxury area of the Cap3000 shopping center in Saint-Laurent-du-Var. This center is distinguished by its magnificent architecture opening onto the Mediterranean.

The solution is managed by a Crestron control system and Crestron touch screens allowing lighting supervision and scenography of this emblematic sporting venue in Toulon.

This system allows the operator to use the different lighting configurations according to the events organized in an extremely simple and intuitive way.

On 60 000 m², One Monte Carlo offers 7 buildings on 9 levels, including luxury boutiques, exhibitions areas, 37 prestigious residences and offices.

The 37 apartments range from 2 rooms to a 6 roomed triplex with rooftop terrace and private pool, all with stunning views of Place du Casino, gardens, sea, Port and Prince’s Palace.

In addition, there is a conference center divided into 10 spaces in order to welcome multiple events.

On this major project, DOMOTIC had the privilege of being commissioned by its Monegasque partner and was in charge of the audiovisual and home automation technical design as well as the home automation programming of CRESTRON solutions integrated in the apartments and in the various spaces of the conference center.

A beautiful project that uses the latest full IP communications technologies for audio or video, including third-party communications in TCP/IP, Modbus or KNX. All of this is controlled by wall-mounted and wireless touch screens.

DOMOTIC has realized the design of the audio/video distribution solutions and equipped about fifty stores all over in France in ten years.

An audio distribution solution based on Bose Professional products was implemented, with video distribution on HD flat screens. A simple and effective quality solution deployed in stores with a young and contemporary spirit.

This exceptional building reflects many of the Japanese master’s signature elements to create an extraordinary experience of light and space in nature. A vast infinity pool of water hides an underground car park and provides a spectacular stage for an upper level that is laid out on a V-shaped plan. Flanked by entire elevations of glass, one wing of this ‘V’ houses the welcome desk and bookshop, while the other wing includes a restaurant which overlooks the water and vines.

A touchscreen controls the automated lighting system in order to enhance the architecture of this exceptional building. A stunning realization!

This lighting management allows to highlight the stunning architecture of these places, enhanced by various lighting scenarios (tour, work, etc.). Operators can easily control the system from a tablet, a PC or a smartphone.

This integration includes several hundred DALI circuits, magnifying all of the vaulted rooms and wine cellars of this estate built five centuries ago and renowned for its winemaking traditions and know-how.

Between each stage of the examination itinerary, the patient can relax in absolute tranquility, take advantage of the entertainment equipment, and have something to eat or stay in contact with their workplace. The suites are equipped with the latest smart control and audiovisual technologies. From a touch interface, the patient can control the lighting system, blinds, HVAC, multiroom audio system, video on demand or make patient calls if needed.

This building offers a remarkable architecture. It was designed by the architect Rudy RICCIOTTI and the lighting was designed by Yann KERSALE. Located on the former J4 pier in the port, this building is a cube made of several levels with a floor area of 16,500m². It hosts major exhibitions on two levels with the objective to reach a very wide audience.

DOMOTIC realized the complete resumption of audiovisual management, as well as the implementation and programming of the lighting system in the hall of this remarkable building.

A very complete supervision, which allows the operator to control all of its equipment:

• Calendar and hours management to turn on and turn off a hundred of devices
• Management of preventive maintenance alerts on its audiovisual devices
• Technical supervision interfaces
